Is silly normal?

My cute little baby, Titus, decided to get silly on us! He was eating his dinner when he started to make a strange face. It almost concerned me, but it was so funny we could not help but to laugh. The more we laughed the more he would do it. So I'm pretty sure it is normal and that he was just being silly. If anyone thinks other wise please let me know. I decided to get are little video camera out to show it to y'all. He became a little camera shy so he doesn't really do it till the last 20 sec. of the video. Sorry it's kinda dark. The lighting was not the best. Enjoy!
